Rules
-Standard SPPF rules
-No ubers
-Sleep Clause [X]
-Freeze Clause [X]
-Dont be a douche after your gym battle
-If you lose to a Gym leader you must wait two days to challenge that Gym leader again
-Please dont reveal peoples teams
-Dont spam
-You can challenge Gym leaders in any order but you can only battle Elite 4 in order, and after all the gyms
-After you win post the score
-If you lose to an Elite 4 you must start from the beggining of the E4 and retry
-If you lose to an Elite for you need to wait one day to challenge again
-If you lose to The Champion you need to wait a week
-Most importantly HAVE FUN
